28. Into the West, by Annie Lennox, from The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King (2003)
The epic trilogy that is The Lord of the Rings ended with one of the most successful films in history. Earning 11 Academy Awards and over a billion dollars worldwide, everything about The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King was a success. That includes the soundtrack and the haunting Annie Lennox single, Into the West. Not letting the team down, the song won the Academy Award, as well as the Golden Globe and Grammy. I doubt even Frodo could pull that off.
